How will you represent Christ for this next generation??
With everything this generation, and generations to come, have to keep up with.. (technology, entertainment, internet, social media, etc.).. how are you going to spread the word and represent Christ? Throughout history, youth culture has put idols in the forefront, shaping and leading much of our consumerism, putting influential characters before God.
In a world that’s changing FAST, more & more of the world is being shoved down this generation’s throat and less of Christ is being exposed and taught. We need to be teaching more of Christ and teaching the truth of God’s word. How can we do that though you ask? We need to be using avenues that the youth of today, and so on, can relate to and be able to understand, but not too extreme to where it entertains them rather than teaches them.
It’s been studied and proven that the United States of America is becoming LESS of a Christian Nation. Freedom is a great, positive thing.. but TOO much freedom and free-mindedness can influence others into the idea of “living however they want” and not how God wants us to live. It’s not a bad or negative thing to be open-minded whatsoever, but don’t let it challenge your faith. Believe in God and the world around you, because without him, what you see and experience would not exist.
